builds, from start to finish of entire cell site projects, towers, tenant
improvements, stealth as well as upgrades with UMTS and LTE projects as well

site walks with Contractors, site inspections during construction, Utility
walks, permitting when needed. Ordering materials, qualifying and hiring and
releasing contractors, dealing with site inspections by outside inspectors,
site visits all over the United States. Tracking and reporting daily updates
back to client, Final site inspections, top of tower through required photos,
ground inspections by walking site with contractor. Tracking and filing final

Manager – NSORO/AT&T Birmingham, Al. July 27,2010 to Aug. 2012 Overseeing UMTS upgrade sites, New Raw Land sites RF
Mods, TMA add’s, Generators, and relocates. Building scope of work off of
RFDS and applying to drivers for turfing pricing. Submitting BOM’s to Logistics
for material orders, submitting OOM’s from drivers for AT&T acceptance
for PO submittals, awarding sites to General Contractors for building sites,
accepting close out packages and reviewing them, submitting to be uploaded
into Casper for Client. Tracking all entries into Siterra for client. Market
Manager/Project Manager – T-Mobile, BCI Communications – St. Louis, Mo. July
6,2009 – July 24,2010 This project
consisted of the TMO NLP 3 sites. BCI was awarded 88 sites to upgrade the GSM
and install the UMTS system along with the Nobe Installation. As PM for BCI
my duties included hiring and monitoring the sub contractors, assigning and
scheduling sites, ordering materials for TMO as well as for the contractors,
recording the activities and reporting directly to TMO daily. The scope of
work included overseeing 6 subcontractors and 4 vendors such as Electrical
contractors, material vendors and T-1 contractors. My duties also included,
permitting, inspections, document control and close out packages being uploaded
onto T-Mobiles server. Market
Manager/ Project Manager – T-Mobile, Minneapolis, MN – Miami, FL Markets:
Feb. 2007 – May 30,2009 Being a
part of this market has been a great experience. As part of this team, we
turned this market into one of T-Mobiles best markets in the country.
Together we have met and exceeded every goal set for us in the past 8
quarters. Duties include
structuring the project to support the new installation of the Nokia Flexi
BTS and upgrading the T-Mobile Market with the new UMTS Network. Upgrading
existing GSM network Having a major
role in helping Nokia and T-Mobile define their processes and goals. Working
with the RF Team to help design the network layout. Overseeing
Site Development in securing acceptable leases, consents for upgrades and any
amendments necessary. Build new raw lands sites from search rings given by RF
Department. Forecasting with SA for all permitting issues and approvals.
Designing the site SOW’s for contractor builds. Scheduling and overseeing
Field Managers from our team along with assigned Contractors. Requesting new
Purchase Orders for vendors and contractors. Designing BOQ’s for material
ordering. Tracking daily activities, weekly forecasts, monthly forecasts and
Quarterly goals or Milestones set between client and contractors. Accepting
and overseeing Contractor Close Out Packages to be turned over to Client.
General
Contractor- Calusa Construction, St. Louis, MO: May 15, 2002 – Nov.30,2003
Project Manager Duties varied
from making contact with potential clients , Bid walking new sites,
constructing bids, hiring employees, controlling projects and employees,
meeting clients specs, completing sites and turning sites back to client when
completed., qualifying vendors, controlling pricing for projects, ordering
materials, scheduling projects. This build included 96 new raw land sites,
self support towers, monopoles and guyed towers. Worked with
Nextel to launch a new market in the L.A. area. All work consisted of working
with the RF depart. In their network designs, finding friendly landlords,
working within budgets to sign new land leases between the LL and the Client,
ordering Surveys, A&E Drawings, red lining drawings, submitting to zoning
departments, attending zoning meetings, submitting CD’s to the building
departments for pulling building permits Worked as an
independent contractor for VoiceStream to launch a new market in the Dallas
Market. All work consisted of working with the RF depart as well as SA
depart. In their network designs, my work consisted of helping to find
friendly landlords in the search rings provided to us by the clients RD
Depart., After a candidate has been chosen by the client, I walked the sites
with the surveyor and as well as the architect, helped set up utilities,
submitted drawings to zoning departments, after zoning approval, submitted
